Brownies for lunch is totally acceptable when they're only 37 calories, right?! I stole this recipe from Pinterest, and they are actually pretty amazing!
Ingredients:
Blend everything together in a food processor and line a 8x8 glass baking dish with parchment paper. Bake at 400 for 13 minutes.
Seriously you guys, they are SO yum!
3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1//2 cup Old Fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend (or any natural sweetener that pours like sugar)
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
